The future of the Country Club Plaza is being decided — and neighbors need to be in the room.

Kansas City is moving forward with discussions on the Master Plan Development for the Country Club Plaza, and this is our chance — possibly the only chance — to be heard before major zoning changes are pushed through.

If residents don’t show up, the loudest voices in the room will belong to developers and special-interest groups such as the Plaza District Council, who do not represent the neighborhood.

This meeting will directly shape zoning, density, building height, use, traffic, parking, neighborhood character, and our overall quality of life.
